Can Power-dry clean any type of carpet - even wool?

How long will my carpets take to dry?

Why don't you offer stainguard products like other carpet cleaning companies?
We provide this product FREE of charge - our carpet cleaning solution has an in-built stain protector which cures into carpet fibres when dry. Another reasons why our prices are exceptional value.
How long does it take to clean a carpet?
It will take us approximately an hour to thouroughly clean the average carpet. Our carpet cleaning machine is super quiet so you can definitely get on with your work or quietly relax in the next room for most of the time. The vacuuming is noisier we admit – a little bit louder than your own vacuum
Cleaning multiple carpets means less time setting up equipment, but actual cleaning time will be similar (ie. 2 rooms = c. 2 hours). We don't slash our prices when cleaning multiple rooms rooms because our promise is to provide the same quality of service throughout and not cut any corners.
I’m very busy, what would I have to do?
We can usually move all the heavy items of furniture or work around them at your request. For peace of mind we request any breakable items, personal items and ornaments be removed from the room. Accidents rarely happen but items of sentimental value are simply irreplaceable.
Could your cleaning system damage my carpet?
No. Power-dry use the Dry Fusion’s cleaning system which is totally safe because it uses very little water. The traditional ‘wet’ steam cleaning could cause; shrinkage, parting of seams, mildew, “wet dog” odours and brown staining as the dye from the carpet backing may bleed through. Power-dry’s low moisture process means none of these problems will arise.
Are your products safe to use in environments where there are children or pets?
Our system is 100% safe. Be assured there is:-

Will you be able to remove difficult stains in my carpet and upholstery?
Our choice of products are not only safe they are also effective stain removers. During the survey process we will be able to advise if any stains may be problematic - irn bru for example is very difficult. Very old stains which the customer may have tried to remove themselves with unsuitable products can also be tricky but we love a challenge.
Will Power-dry’s cleaning system remove carpet odours?
Our thorough cleaning process will deodorise your carpet and leave it looking clean and smelling fresh. We use two natural aromatherapy essences; vanilla and orange extracts. Alternatively we can use an odourless solution on request. The Dry Fusion cleaning process will remove all odours from the carpet fibres however in extreme cases if the soiling has penetrated right through to the underlay or flooring beneath it may be necessary to lift the carpet and additionally clean the underlying surfaces to totally eliminate the problem.
My friend told me that once you have your carpets cleaned they get dirty again very quickly.
This can happen in traditional ‘wet’ cleaning systems if the wrong balance of chemicals and procedures has been used. When the alkaline detergent is not removed thoroughly by the correct acidic rinse a sticky residue will form and be a magnet for dirt causing rapid re-soiling. It is a bit like washing your hair and not rinsing out the shampoo! This will not happen with power-dry’s cleaning process as the solution we use is PH neutral and does not require any rinsing. Not only that, the cleaning agent contains built-in Stain Protector and Stain Blocking agents which will leave your carpets cleaner for longer.
